Mission Committee

The Mission Committee is the body within St Philip's Church that, with our clergy, leads the parish. The Mission Committee helps to discern the vision toward which God is drawing us, articulates and communicates that vision, holds the community accountable for its realization of that vision, and keeps the mission of St Philip's and the whole church clearly in front of the parish community.

Who does what:
Jim Lockhart is the Senior Warden.
Scott Asalone does our newsletter.
Penny Barnes reports back on communications matters.
Liz Bowman is the secretary of the mission committee and also co-ordinates the delegates to diocesan convention.
Sandy Brainard/Susan Bindig share a position and Sandy is responsible to report on Liturgical Ministries.
Bambi Kuhl has been asked to communicate information from Tim Philpot regarding service related matters.
Dave Martin is our treasurer and is responsible for finances.
Kate Shields will report on matters of Community Life and social events.
Brian Szaflarski is the Junior Warden in charge of property issues.
